NAT Type 3 PS 5

Hi everyone, can you please help with fixing the NAT Type 3 so I can play games online. My current service provider is Vodacom, I have tried port forwarding the ps 5 codes in my router's settings but nothing seems to work. Please assist thanks.

Are you using Vodacom mobile network? if so then it's likely you are behind a carrier grade nat and need to get access to the unrestricted apn

Profile name: vodacom-unrestricted
IP type: IPv4/IPv6
APN: unrestricted

And then leave the rest of the fields blank.

Then you enable UPnP and NAT settings to Cone

If it still doesn’t work; call Customer Care

What type of router are you using ? Can you plug a network cable directly into it and into the PS5 ?
