I play Halo 3 online. My NAT was previouysly set to open and is now on moderate. I have phoned my service provider and he said on the router you can only enable or disable NAT. Is there anywhere else to set this. Please help as my gaming runs worse now...

1. Disable your router firewall..

or

2. Enable uPnP on your router..

or

3. Put your Xbox 360's IP address into the DMZ field on your router

What make of router do you have?

First check to see that UPnP is on on you router, that should sort everything out. If not you may have to do a manual configuration. Look here:

I was supplied a billion router with my cybersmart account... And it has been fine, but all of a sudden it has changed...weird
