Natalie du Toit no 100m backstroke?

I saw an article in the Rapport this weekend,
while standing in the queue at the shop so I couldn't read the whole thing.

It was about Natalie du Toit's entry for the 100m backstroke which was
entered too late, now she can't compete in that event.

I can't find anything on the internets about it.

i heard the sabc2 presenters talking about it, dont got any links though, they were saying that she was too late to register or something, its actually sad to think that our admin would let gold slip right out of their hands...literally
