Natalie Thayer was previously Head of Consumer Services at Tiscali, before assuming the position of General Manager, MWEB Home in July 2005. Previously Natalie worked for Radiospoor as Customer Services Supervisor, was promoted to Training Manager and finally Marketing Manager, Value Added Services. She assumed a similar role at Vodac before moving to head up the Portal division for World Online. Natalie joined MWEB Home in 2005.
