Trying to renew kid’s license in SA via the eMates platform, on multiple devices keep receiving the below error message,

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator

Use https://online.natis.gov.za/ and not https://online.ra.org.na/

Mine seems to be working, does it give this error on the landing page?

Okay try this, open the site, then edit the URL and remove /%23/ at the end of the URl, then click Go.

If that doesn't work then I give up.

yea just wonderd if you are trying to access from outside of country and you get dumped, seen as bad actor by ddos protection

I thought this might be the case, tried my VPN, put Pc in SA, same result…
