My partner and I are trying to build a native iOS and Android application that will allow us to directly connect to our clients, 1 on 1. We need a very simple 1 to 1 messaging platform that will allow us to support our customers whenever they need support. 24/7/365. The first prize, would be integrating this with a service like ZenDesk (or other suggestions?) so we could assign consultants to users / view history / archives / statistics / etc.
We've seen that their are existing frameworks around (like Hipmob? If I understood it correctly.) but we aren't sure of what will be needed in order to get this developed. Can anyone give some insight?
