You can lft your own cap -
Should you require additional bandwidth you are allowed to purchase an additional account from 0800 500 200. The additional accounts won't be billed on your Telkom account and you will be able to settle your subscription via direct debit order or credit card.

And the ping times: Well, it does take time for a signal to run any distance. That is the law of physics against which even Telkom can't argue. I know that <100 ms pings are impossible, but I'm not sure what the minimum ping would be.
