Lately I've been experiencing some neck cracking sounds whenever I move my neck, it is quite uncomfortable too as it's Just not the sounds because there's some discomfort..

I haven't fallen down or injured my self, it Just happened.

It feels like something is rubbing against each other, not sure of the seriousness.

I crack my neck multiple times a day, because of my desk job and schit table and chair.Provides relief.

No no that's done manual, this is not.. Whenever I move my neck it makes a sound.

Go see a doctor then.

Quite possibly just shoulder and neck muscles misbehaving. I get it quite often, where they go into spasm and then I experience similar symptoms. Typically kicked off by sleeping in a funny position, in my case.
Physio typically sorts it out quickly.

Thanks, just thought it's something that would sort on its own but i'll go see a doc first and see what he has to say

Just ignore it, it'll go away eventually. And go see a doctor, don't take strangers on forums' advice about medical issues..

I have something similar because of a car accident 25 years ago. They say they can fix mine with a spinal fusion, and that's really not going to happen! I will live with it.

When people seek approval and health advice from a tech forum.......

"My hand is swelling up and going blue."
"thats normal as long as it doesn't go in to a spasm"
"okay great! I'm fine then."

Again, I'm not takin advice really. I'm only asking if people experienced similiar.

Some stretches can help if its just a random new thing and you haven't injured yourself.

Don't tilt the head up, just stretch it down and back up to facing forward a few times, rotate left, then down/back up to normal, same for right; repeat a few sets.
