Need 120 & 140mm case fans.

Looking for silent 120mm (intake) & 140mm (exhaust) case fans, one of each to complement the existing 2x120mm fans in the case.

Requirements,
Silent
Black in colour (no LED or LED you can switch off)
From a place with free shipping

For a CM Silencio 352 case.
 
C'mon, someone must have some suggestions/links?

Secondly my PSU is currently drawing in cool air from the bottom vent below it and the exhaust coming out is also cool. I'm thinking of turning the PSU around 180 degrees so it acts like a PSU in a conventional top mounted case where the intake draws air in from inside the case and exhausts it out the back so the PSU will run hotter but it helps in evacuating the hot air inside the case.

I've seen quite a few online youtube channels recommend this.

Your thoughts?

using Corsair SP140's in my system. Can recommend.

As for the PSU thing; no. try to keep heat sources isolated even if it seems like it's not generating much heat.

I am also looking for a silent 120mm CPU fan. I have a corsair blue one now (high pressure so they say) but its terribly loud.

What make&model cooler is that with? If your heatsink takes a 120mm fan then you don't need a high rpm fan.
