Need a air purifier

So i suffer from sinus and asthma the slightest dust in a room and hay fever and itchy eyes.

So i want to invest in a purifier?if thats the right to thing to buy.

I checked google but hell some go for R5k???

Not sure how those water filter compare to a cheap HEPA filter system. Might be worth looking into. I'd also suggest putting the right kinds of plants in your house to help filter the air:

Just check the volume of air it processes.
That thing looks like a bedside device that keeps the surrounding air clean.
You probably want a higher-volume filter that attempts to keep your whole place clean. That's probably where the high cost comes in: More volume. The smaller units are probably fine for your desk.

I've found the 5-stage purifiers to be the best. I use RabbitAir in the US (I have 4 of them). I have family that have bought a SplendidAir in SA and are happy with it. http://splendidair.co.za

HEPA is one of the stages - whatever you choose make sure it has a HEPA in it.

The one stated above is HEPA and ionic enabled if you choose to enable it

Well it's only 2 hours but you get that clean smell to the air now

nose is not that itchy as well! Not the softest but hey works good so far
