I use a G9x at work and a G500 at home. Both excellent mice. Think I prefer the G9x though.

Choosing the right (perfect?) mouse for you, is not an easy affair. It somewhat depends on the type of games you play, size of your hand, mouse grip style and required features. Answer those and let's see if we can help.

I'm a fan of my Corsair M65.
I have the M60 and absolutely love it. Best FPS gaming mouse I've ever had (and I've had a few, including Logitech G500, G9x)

Some reviews/user feedback say that the M65 feels a bit 'floaty' or 'laggy' compared to the M60.

Cool. Well currently I’m playing Battlefield 4, DayZ and some Dota.

Mouse grip style is a tricky one haha, when playing battlefield i use fingertip style and everything else I’m using the standard Palm grip.

Features: I’m not too picky as long as it’s comfortable and has a few extra buttons and it should have a good response rate, from what i have read the Corsair M65 looks like a good deal for me, and it looks pretty cool as well.

I've used quite a few mouses, Logitech MX518, MS X8, Razer Naga Epic and the Mad Catz MMO 7. I play BF, COD, Crysis etc (mostly FPS). For me the best mouse to date has been the MMO 7.

@OP.

The M65 won't disappoint, I'm sure the other chaps using it will agree.

I would have loved the Mad Catz MMO 7, but that’s way over my budget for a mouse, G700 is also a bit to expensive. I see the M65's are going for a decent R600

My M65 has no lag. It oozes quality as well! Two nights ago it fell on my desk (was moving stuff around) and now the wooden desk has a hole in it haha. Love the aluminium...:D

And the sniper button is a godsend in WoT sniper mode :twisted:

Good to know if my M60 ever packs up. Thanks.
