Will this work on the 2232GW as well?:)

A note from a reviewer at Tom's Hardware:

"Just an ergonomic note on the Samsung 2232bw. It is one of the few monitors sold that does NOT have VESA mounting holes. This means that you can't replace the crappy stand which only has tilt adjustment."

It seems that this monitor does not have the necessary bracket mounting VESA holes (either the 75mm or 100mm) - I could not find any reference to them on the Samsung website or the user manual either.

So it doesn't look as though you can use a different stand... :(

Another reason why the 226BW is better ;)

Well, I got my stand, it's really nice. Easy to install, just remove old stand and fit new one on the back.

It's rather solid and very nice to adjust. Does exactly what it says on the tin.

Enjoy! I might also get one, when I decide on which 22" I want... :)

Nice. I am thinking of getting one as well...How much did you pay for it and from whom?

Is it true that there is no stand that you can buy for the 2232GW period? :(
