Need a Interval Training Timer for my mobile(windows)

I am doing an interval training program, and needs something like this, but freeware if possible or way cheaper.

I normally run on the treadmill, but want to use this when i'm not at home and want to go for a jog.
 
is the Adidas miCoach app available for win mobile ?

I use miCoach on my BlackBerry and its probably the best exercise/running app imo.
