Just wondering as we work with advertising (mobile & web) and have to be very cautious about using any images or text that is copyrighted even for inhouse testing.

Rather get a pic of a hottie, without any text... Then add the Tata Xenon text. That will be a lot simpler.

One suggestion:
If you want to use a pic of Tata Young for that ad, please contact her/her management/agent or whoever and ask if you can use the pic.
Copyright may be present on that pic, and you can get prosecuted if you use it unlawfully or alter it without asking permission or even paying royalties for use of the pic.
