Need a trip logging app.

I currently use skytrax to generate my annual trip log and it does a decent job of separating private and business use one all setup, but it is not perfect.
There are often trips missed entirely and sometimes the mileage is not accurate.

So I decided to look for something for my phone the monitors my travels.

It will only run when Llama starts it. The idea is when my car Bluetooth connects, Llama will start the app and kill it when Bluetooth disconnects.
I would need to be able to name the locations set by GPS to a human readable name and classify it as business or private. I could then use this information to categorise trips.
Exporting in an excel format would also be required and able to group by month as well as give me detailed reports.

It must also log automatically. I don't want to have to take my phone out of my pocket to start/stop logging. It must use GPS to determine if my car is moving or not, and log.

I have checked the play store and before I start trialling the apps I figured I would ask if any of you guys are already using such an app?

If all falls, I guess I will write one. Time is limited though and would prefer to not invent the wheel if I don't have to.

Any ideas guys?

Both the above options look pretty neat.

I have installed TripLog and used it this AM. Seems do what it says which is quite neat.
I also like the idea of TripTrack except it is yet another device that needs a power source. My car is looking like my game room already with all these goodies plugged in everywhere :)

I contact Tracker and gave them a mouthful too. I already have a unit in my car which would be ideal if it worked correctly. The GPS activates with ignition on and turns off when the ignition is turned off. Problem is it is not accurate - and while I receive ignition on/off emails (implying it is registering) - I end up with holes in the log where not everything is listed there.
I have told them I have a faulty unit and they must come fix it - which they say they will. Will see.

I would ideally like something on my phone though that stores in the cloud. I will test each of the recommendations and give feedback. Think this could be an interesting thread that could benefit many :)
