Hi Guys,

Can you recommend any decent water flosser? I have check dischem they have an aquaflosser is this a good brand anyone else using it. I need it as i have braces and it becomes and effort flossing especially if you have braces.

Thanks

The latest dietary guidelines for Americans, issued by the Departments of Agriculture and Health and Human Services, quietly dropped any mention of flossing without notice.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, the American Academy of Periodontology acknowledged that most of the current evidence fell short because researchers had not been able to include enough participants or “examine gum health over a significant amount of time.”

I use the Philips one (also bought it from Dischem) and it really makes a difference with braces. It was more expensive than the aquaflosser, and having used both, the Philips one is better.

Thanks for the feedback everyone.

@rustyprincess Il check out the Philips as well but when you say better is it at the rate the water gets sprayed out of the nozel?
