Does anyone know of a web desginer who can do graphics as well.

I need our web site redone but dont want to hire anyone.
They must be able to do templates for a site and do the site in .net.

We do require some other work as well but urgently need a new site.

Must be in JHB

Well not in Jozi, but these guys from EL are pretty decent with the .NET (*spit*) stuff.

Graphics Designer = Does design in PSD (Photoshop or whatever)
Web Designer = Cuts what he gets from the Graphics designer up into workable HTML code (HTML isn't really programming as it doesn't contain much functionality ie, linking to database/user info etc)
Web Developer = Takes what the Web Designer (who could also be the Graphics Designer, depending in his media "upbringing") and then pops in the functionality you require.
Database (dude) = Guy who actually does the database backend, making sure it's relational and can expand as the website grows etc. A good web developer should know how to do this, but NB, not all developers knows how (even though things work as they're supposed to, it doesn't necessarily mean it's scalable) much like how not all graphics designers know how to cutup stuff in HTML/CSS and not all web designers also know how to program.
