Need advice on bumper respray

Anyone know of a good place to get bumpers resprayed and what I can expect to pay?
my front bumper has very visible deep chips in it and the paint looks like its starting to peel, think the garage I bought it from may have put on a cheap coat to cover up the damage...

Avant Garde Autobody in Kya Sands. I found them a few years back when I managed to scratch/deface (but not badly damage) the rear bumper on a then horribly new Merc and had to hoes for repairs. The owner was happy enough with the job to want to go for a beer once he got his car back.
