I would not attempt ICND01 and ICND02 in one sitting unless you have been working in the industry for 10+ years you will have a hard time and most likely fail.

lol, studied 2 weeks, no problem, was very difficult as it's situational. But it can be done, don't bother with CCIE unless you have 10 years working xp.

10 years exp required, in order to do the CCNA in one sitting?

Do you perhaps take the short bus to school? :D

Jokes aside I'd think 1-2 years exp would be more than sufficient.

I'm not saying to need 10 years experience to pass the CCNA, i'm saying if you have not attempted ICND01 or INCD02 before or have actual working experience then its not a good idea take then separately and study in between for each exam.

You can of course work in the industry for one or two years as suggested above and then brain dump the exams but it wont help you in the long run.

I keep telling people, if doing the brain dumps you learning to do the test and those exams. You arent learning to actually do the work. I have seen guys sitting with a CCNP R&S and not knowing to do on basic configs. Got now 4years experience in networking. Got Comptia N+ before and working on Mikrotik mostly and Cisco recently only. Studied CCNA books and videos and played on couple routers & L3 switches.

Going to attempt ICND1 in Feb and probably week or two after ill do ICND2. Will be doing via Torque IT.

After 3 months of hard study you should be able to do the combined test. Either you understand Networking or you don't. It literally comes down to that.

EDIT: The amount of time they give you in that test is probably the hardest part.
