Need advice on HD projector

Hi.

I need to upgrade my office projector to an HD (1920*1080) one. As its a pricey affair, i don't want to get it wrong, so i would appreciate any advice you may have on what model i should get.

I am looking in the region of about 10k, but could go as high as 15k.

I'm not fussed if its LED or not, but what i need is a clear bright projection for use in a boardroom environment. I need to be able to zoom and it needs to be portable as i take it with me to Demo's.

I've seen all sorts of models from Rectron, Corex and Esquire but not sure what to go for.

Any suggestions?

I found some ebucks and got myself the Acer H6510BD Projector from Incredible for R15999.00

Must be honest, so far am really happy with it. Just though i'd update this in case anyone else is ever looking for one.

I have already sold several to friends of mine , who are using them as Home Theatre units , I went to see one installation and was blown away with quality , the only thing we don’t have at the moment is the 3D glasses which are on their way , so for the price these are fantastic

I got the mail this morning. However, you don't accept e-bucks for payment, hence i had to go the Incredible route

One question though, do you stock the replacement bulbs for Optima as well? How easy are they to get?

Unfortunately we do not accept E-buck at the moment , We want look at that when we doing our planning for next year going forward.

Regarding the Optoma Projectors lamps we will start bringing in the lamps , however as we just signed the distribution agreement and got delivery of our first shipments so it is still a bit early to bring them in , we will start towards end of December 2015 and January 2016 to start stocking them , but if you require any specific lamp we do have a shipment of 3D glasses and range of projector accessories coming in next month (September ) I can ask them to add a few lamps in that shipment or if you need one in a hurry we can always bring it in by air freight
