Need advice on shifts for 3 workers

Hi all,

So we work for a company that needs us to work from 6am to 8pm Monday to Friday, this was easy for two guys working back to back ( 12pm to 8pm, next morning 6am to 2pm)

Now we're 3, any suggestions ?

Yeah that is a good plan. Each person work the same shift for one week, then move to the next slot. Rinse and repeat.
