Need advice on virgin mobile

Who is on virgin mobile? I see their packages are somewhat competitive but if they have network issues etc then it's no point. User feedback, complaints etc are welcome.

i am on virgin, the free sms awesome. the call rates pretty good. the call quality absolutely crap. i lose 90% of my calls and when i do keep a call the quality is bearly audible. Also the internet is way slow and coverage limited. They state they have 3g now but i have yet to come across a area with 3g coverage.

Their call center is also a joke.

I live in Cowies Hill, I connect to CellC's network and connect to the internet using HSDPA, no problems.
Free sms's are awesome and so far I have only experienced 2 dropped calls since end November.
Their customer care line is horrible. But thankfully they are on Hellopeter so my problem was rectified very quickly.
For cost effectiveness to quality for my usage I am very happy with Virgin

Yeah its great for my HTC Desire! Honestly I have no complaints, experienced a call issue today from a friends virgin phone, tried to call virgin2virgin and for some reason it was saying the number did not exist, add the +27 and the call went through... go figure.
Otherwise, still no real issues I am having.
