Need aid from Exchange masters

Yo guys

I have a major problem on my hands with Exchange SBE 2003. I have setup various POP3 connectors and that works 100%, the mails download to each users mailbox as it's supposed to. Problem is that none of that POP3 mail gets delivered to Outlook nor to the web based client. I think it's a securities / policies error but I am not that clued up on Exchange yet.

Any Ideas ?

POP clients will download the mail and remove it from the server, by default...
