Need exercise advice

What do you mean by working out on an empty stomach? Does that mean eat a small meal an hour before, or hours in advance? Doesn't starving yourself before a training session burn muscle instead of fat?

Depends. If you ate enough the day before, and train early enough the next day, then no. You can also time it on the same day.

I always take things to the extreme when I decide to go up or down in weight.I had to take this extreme because I wanted my body to use fat as fuel rather than stored energy. So each morning I used to go workout on an empty tummy. Its extreme but as you get slimmer your body doesnt want to give up those last few fat reserves, this is when you need to shock your body by doing something completely out of the norm.My waist went from 34 - 28.

Hah, I met a guy long ago in my gym who used to do this. Wakes up at 6:30, takes a PWO, in the gym at 7. I thought it was stupid at first, but then saw the guy was pushing the same weights, and lost quite a bit of bodyfat.

There are many contraindications to following a low carb diet.
You can't just go and advise someone to do something like that without knowing their current medical status, background, etc.

I do believe the word I carefully chose was 'consider'

Shew. Male or female? That's impressive. Body fat must be super, super low.

Interesting. I have been toying with morning workouts as I work late into the evenings sometimes. Your logic makes sense.

Endurance athletes do the fasted training thing quite often. It's an excellent way of building the ability to keep going for say 6 hours of exercise.
Essentially you're training your body's ability to turn fat into consumable energy.
