Hey guys,

So recently I moved into a new place and my kitchen setup is not as I would like it to be and also my new job has got me working 10 to 12 hour days.

I actually cook and love cooking properly but recently I have really been terrible in the kitchen and my eating habits have dropped greatly. most knights i eat patties with cheese and eggs. i don't make proper vegetables. or just chicken and rise.

I am thinking about getting extra calories and vitamins and have thought about getting a mass gainer. can anyone give me some feedback on what I should take? is there any other type of supplement such as lifegain or something you can suggest? and also extra vitamins and minerals. every morning I take centrum and 2 capsules of omega 369.

If anyone can suggest a stack i would be very grateful.

Thank you. :)

Don’t waste money on supplements you probably won’t take as you appear to lack self discipline when it comes to your personal wellbeing.

The basis of nutrition is food. You’ve stated clearly in your post you don’t eat properly.

First step then: eat properly.

Once you have the self discipline to eat properly, you could look further. But right now you’re wondering what mods you should install for better lap times, but you have smooth tires and no brakes.

The basics are ALWAYS your most important. Food is about as basic as it comes.

Indeed. The boy wants the magic bullet that will turn him into The Rock. Doesn’t work that way.

For me what helps is frozen stir fry mixes from Mccains, in a pinch I can make a omelette with veg, I do nuke potatoes and sweet potatoes in the microwave when I feel too lazy to steam them.
