Hi,

I think the new released of NFS undercover is mainly to compete with RaceDriver GRID ? :D

If it's anything like ProStreet (crap) or Carbon (unstable), I'll stick to Grid. Heck I'll stick to Grid anyway, just to avoid the annoying soundtrack that typically accompanies an EA racing game.

I agree 100% with u.

My favourite NFS game was NFS Underground 2...After that EA has lost the touch with creating NFS games.

Don't know why, but I loved Prostreet!!
If I read correctly they said they were moving back to a Most Wanted type game....

Grid is gonna rape this game... for me Carbon was most enjoyable I loved how the Muscle cars handled... Like cr@p ehehehe. Pitty about the crashing

Like i said in a previous thread, i have a feeling this one will be great. Also i think EA learned from their mistakes(keyword = mistakes), and they clearly and publicly admitted that they screwed up, not everybody will admin to that. So big up and a thumbs up to that.
I see my favorite, "speedbreaker" is back, also Most Wanted had the best police AI i had ever seen, so if they could just bring the NFS:MW AI back or maybe a bit improved than I'm happy on that count, coz those damn cops gave me a hard time.
Bit sad that Drifting isn't in undercover but hey it wasn't in Most Wanted so there was probably a reason, why they did the same here.

EA Fanboi lol soz guys.
But i think what i mentioned is some relevant stuff, if its not feel free to correct me.

Grid is great but its just pure racing. NFS free roaming etc with alot of cars is what i like, drag is also cool on multiplayer. Grid has very little cars.

whoooooo hoooooooooo

cant wait. i have always been a nfs fan but pro street was a total flop.

and if they went back to the most wanted type o game its gonna be awesome....

and skylines as cop..damn :)

Most wanted was the best of the lot. Carbon and Prostreet lost my vote!.

Yes, Most Wanted was the last NFS game I played, and I thought it was great!. I played the demo of Carbon, but wasn't overly impressed, and never touched ProStreet. It looks like Undercover might revive my interest in the franchise. :D

Thing I love most about the NFS games is the customisation :D
Hope they add more to it... buying performance upgrades (engines, superchargers etc) that are visible changes, not just spec changes. Eg you get to look under the hood, maybe add some 'frills'.

Maybe its just me :)

I'm agreeing with you PhreeMe, Its nice to see what your doing to your car(stuff that you can usually see.. like if you change a filter or something like that, or those strut braces etc)
