i puurched this phone this is a old one

of dear, if it's an old phone then you're all out of luck, only the most recent smartphones allow you to change the IMEI number

for an old phone you need to make a certified copy of your ID
go down to your nearest police station and complete an affidavit explaining why you want to change it
then take the affidavit to your provider and give it to them
they will then send the phone to Samsung who will change it for you
