Need Help activating 64K access

So our 2GB cap ran out today, and low and behold, the 64K access was not activated as it should have been... And the iBurst Helpdesk does not even know about the 64K access, they are STILL convinced that it is only available on packages of 5GB's and up.

The only solution they had was the 1GB R69 Booster, which we reluctantly agreed to.

I don't mind having paid for the booster, but I would really like to get the 64K access setup.
Anyone here know how?
