Need help!!! ADSL

Hey,

I just got my 4meg adsl line, but it is only syncing at a 2048, i have compaired my snr and all that to other friends that have 4meg ADSL and in most cases my it seems my line quality is better than theirs.. Now i was wondering if anyone has a number for a telkom techie at the exchange so i can get them to put me onto the 4096 profile..

IF someone does know someone at the exchange and would be willing to give me there number please pm me..

Just phone them. They log everything. They will eventually sort it out.

lol.. sorted out.. Never knew they could do it on the 0800375375 number
