Need help deciding to move to MTN and using Afrihost Data

I am a Vodacom user and currently paying too much for too little data per month. Are there any Afrihost mobile users that can tell if it is worth moving to MTN?

How is the throughput of the network?

I have already browsed through the coverage map and I am happy.

I did not know this is possible . I was under the impression one needs a mtn contract of some sorts to be able to use Afrihost data .

Could you please advise on how i can load afrihost prepaid data on my prepaid mtn simcard.

Please note , I do not want a data contract. I have a prepaid mtn sim card and would like to purchase the prepaid data bundles from afrihost as i need to. I do not want to be tired down to a contract . Is this possible without a contract sim card?

That's changed some time back, our data packages are available on both contract and prepaid packages
