Need help fixing headset

Where can I get a solderless 3.5mm 4 pole audio headphone jack? I've been only seeing ones that require to solder and I don't have the equipment and skill for that.

Buy a new headset. The wires are too thin for your equipment availability and Skill set. You can damage a port if you make a stuff up.

Buy a new headset then....simplest solution.
