need help on shorcut

1. Download this and Extract it somewhere on your PC.
2. Open up the folder and Right click on nethostfs.exe and choose "Create Shortcut".
3. Right Click on the shortcut and add "-s" at the end where it says "Target".
Example: "C:\Users\User\Desktop\nethostfs PC Win v1.6AT\nethostfs.exe" -s (Only use the shortcut to open Nethostfs from now on.)
4. Double click the shortcut and minimize it.

I have aproblem at step 3
everytime i put the -s at the end of the string
widows tell me invalid target
How can i make a shortcut of this

1. You are including the inverted commas right?
2. Is that folder the location where you installed the app?

That somewhere must be the same path. Easier to go to where it is, create shortcut and then drag then it onto your desktop and add the -s

It is not a app to install but a rar file that must be unzipped
When unziped it is a stand alone folder with .dll.files in it and a nethost.exe cmd file
I want to make a shortcut of that exe file in the folder that i unzipped
So i right click the nethostfs.exe file and say create shortcut
NOw in the shortcut i go to properties
then i am at the target,now the tareget has the string

"C:\Users\User\Desktop\nethostfs PC Win v1.6AT\nethostfs.exe

Now i just simply want to add the -s after the "-s

"C:\Users\User\Desktop\nethostfs PC Win v1.6AT\nethostfs.exe" -s

But windows just gives me an error when i apply it
I need to fine a way

I did try creating a cmd txt in the original folder,but stil did not work

is there a way to create this,Sometime i hate windows zysher

What is the path of where your zip file is?
what is the path of your extracted file(s)?

Thank for all the help guys.I did fine the problem.let me tell you what i did
first i went to tools folder options and selected to show all file extensions
then i went to the folder and created a cmd bat file.
created a txt document with and put in nehostfs i mypass /cuygdrive-s and saved it as a dot cmd.
Now i can hack my psp without cables,by using wifi.
