Need help to receover my son's password, please

Hi there.

I'm writing on behalf of my son.

He has a BB and an e-mail address @mobileemail.vodafonesa.co.za
He has forgotten the pw to this e-mail address. But he has also forgotten his Facebook pw. When we click on the link for the FB pw to be sent, it sends it to this address.

Is there a way to recover the pw for his e-mail address? I have sent an e-mail to [email protected] but had no luck so far. Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

I would phone 082 155 (the Vodacom data support number, as it is a Vodacom email address) and ask them to reset his email password or give you the current password.

Then you can receive the FB password via email.
