Need help with adsl router connectivity

I eventually took it to get repaired. Not sure what the cost is going to be yet. They are supposed to be phoning me with a quote. Chances are, it is going to be cheaper to buy a new one.

They tested it while I was there and reckon it is definitely a problem with the router.

So I am finally back online!

Took it to be repaired as I said. They came back to me with a quote of R600:eek:

So decided just to buy a new one as they are cheaper than R600. Of course they didn't have stock, so now I have ended up with a useless USB modem that keeps disconnecting itself and when it does this I have to restart for it to actually reconnect.

Thanks again for your help, even though I never actually found out what was wrong with it.
