Need help with APN

Hey guys

So I've just signed a data contract with MTN, and I've noticed some ports are blocked with MTN cant use certain programs, so emailed MTN and they told me to use a certain APN name, but now when i go into my APN settings to change it, i can't.. does anybody have any idea what the the password is for the mtn profile? it has MTN and the password is 3 letters long.

What device are you using for your data? And if it is a dongle, what software?

Its those new Lte modems, its the L100V, it comes with that MTN fastlink software.
