Need help with my S4

I recently moved to Argentina and I purchased a micro sim for my S4 I can make phone calls and send txt messages however I cannot go online or use whatapp ect ect, Does anyone know how to sort this out (btw Im using movistar network)

Generally your phone should automatically download its settings from your service provider when a new SIM is inserted or there should be an option on your phone to download the settings from network.

My Sony Xperia allows me to download settings from Provider in the settings option.

Have you turned on mobile data ? or are you connected to the internet by wifi ?

To turn on mobile data, drag your finger from the top of the screen down. Swipe the top tray until you see the mobile data icon, and touch to switch it on

If you can't request the correct APN setting from the carrier, enter them manually. They can be found on this page.
