need help with new pc

hi, i need help choosing a new pc,

looking at this at the moment what u guys think?

im new to the whole pc gaming thing so all advice is welcome.

thinking of the Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 2.66Ghz option with the hd 4830.

can go a bit more expensive if needed

Price is not bad but you could do better.
