My father recently upgraded from Pinnacle Studios 12 to Pinnacle Studio 16, he is having issues with the program that I am unable to help him with as I am not a user of Pinnacle studios. Searching for support online directly at Pinnacle self has yielded no results, Pinnacle doesn't have any support for South Africa.
If someone can provide us with a contact number of someone who uses the program or can help us with the program it would be greatly appreciated.
