Hi,

When trying to connect both international and local accounts in RouteSentry I get the following error after 1 account has been connected:

633 The modem (or other connecting device) is already in use or is not configured properly.

Therefore I am unable to connect 2 accounts simultaneously.

In the ReadMe.txt the following is said:
Important: You must set the number of lines (WAN endpoints) in the PPPOE protocol properties to 2 or more otherwise you will get an error that the device is busy when you try to “dial” the second connection. When testing the connection for the first time you must select the ‘save password’ option on the “Connect” dialog, otherwise Route Sentry won’t be able to automatically connect for you.
I have no idea what this means, or if it has anything to do with my problem.

Please help, thanks in advance.

Go to Network Connections in windows > Right click on your Local Area Connection through which you're trying to connect > Properties > Click on PPP over Ethernet Protocol > Click on Properties > go to the Advanced tab > and set the number of WAN endpoints to two > Reboot and voila! ;)

Hope this helps. :)

Did you install RASPPoE as per their ,not routesentry's, instructions?

Go to their website and make sure you follow their installation instructions.

You have to add thier Protocol (PPPoE) to your Ethernet adapters list. So it will should list things like TCP/IP, Client for Microsoft Networks, File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks and then PPPoE.

The installation instructions are included with the Raspppoe protocol files itself, so make sure you download it.
