need help

my international cap is not used all up(got 2gb, like 800mb left) but i cant surf any sites

and at the moment 4 some or other reason im using my local cap...obviously i got 20gb of that but still.......

whats up with this

What kind of error messages are you getting?
Or are the pages simply not loading?

it just doesnt load.... thats on my pc

but the other pc also connected to the router can go 2 any site

Made any changes to your router lately?

I'm not to jacked up - very basic internet user myself - sent a PM to someone more qualified to come and give some assistance

i did install hide IP platinum but formatted my pc after that.... now still nothing

Well you do know that in the initial 2 GBs that local counts towards your international cap right?

yeah oh just btw it was a telkom error, they said mt account was only 1gb...after applying 4 2gb..... now i got a whole new 2gb.....yay

for sure, remember 2 1st finish ur international cap

after that download as much as u can from local sites
