Can anyone please please please assist me with advise or any kind of help. I am tierd of seeing this reply on a ticket
Once the Fibre Line Provider configured your Fibre Line, they will notify us that you are ready for ISP activation. At that point, we will contact you in order to activate the line on the Cool Ideas end. Kindly note that we have no control over when the line will be activated as we rely on the Fibre Line Provider for that.


Please be advised that billing will commence once the service has been activated by the Fibre Line Provider.
We cannot wait to get you connected!


What must be done when frogfoot was at my new residents, letting me know that fibre line is active but the isp COOL IDEAS keeps on sending me this ticket reply and stating that they are waiting on frogfoot feedback!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frogfoot needs to inform you ISP that everything is sorted on their side!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check with Cool Ideas on Monday if they can contact frogfoot and put pressure on them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, The process of this is that the FNO needs to hand the link over to us.

If this doesn't happen we can't log a ticket with the FNO for said issue.

I can pop you a test account to see if it's active at least?
