Need help!

I'd like to play C&C Generals online but i still keep on getting the same thing "Unable to connect online" I tried disabling my firewalls and my antvirus but still gives me the same message...

Anyone got other ideas to get this problem fixed?

Yes, MY pc goes through a network server that uses win server 2003.

the thing that pees me off is that sometimes it connects and most of the time it doesn't even the web page google doesn't open.
