If you read the off-topic threads you may have seen me mention to4.
Basically, it's a URL shortener that I made. It's hosted locally, and I've tried to make it load damn fast.

Now basically, I need idea's to try expand this. So I would appreciate it if you guys could tell me ways I could make this better(features etc) and more ways I can provide integration with other things to let people use it easier.
Current stuff:
-Generates MS Tag, thinking of doing QRCode too
-Has basic stats for clicks when you add a plus to the end of any link (like this), but need more graphs
-Theres a Windows desktop gadget
-Super easy for other apps to use it(although I haven't written this anywhere), for example you can put this in the settings in TweetDeck to use it: http://to4.it/srtn?src=tweetdeck&u=%@
-A crappy bookmark shortener(currently asks you if you want to allow popups for the current site - need to improve that!
So any idea's to improve the users experience are welcome(constructive criticism too) !
