Need inspiration for custom HTML blocks

What are some ideas I can use for HTML code blocks on my site?

I will use them for Ads in the future, but not right now, I am looking for something different, but my creative out of the box thinking is not on par at the moment.

I'll need to do that in php I assume provided those blocks recognise php.

Because I do not know how to use Javascript in the block

I'm working on the register with Facebook and Google, but phpbb is a bit sloppy, but it's in the works I'm doing it from scratch.

I'm also building a app for the forum
