My remote for my z2300 speakers seems to be packing up :( IIRC I'm sure I read somewhere that this is a common fault with the product. I need to get a replacement remote. So I've been trying to get the contact details for Logitech SA. I found their physical address but no tel no. and no email (This was somewhere on the Logitech site but the site navigation seems weird)... Was wondering if anyone might have their contact details?

Where did u buy it from ? Can't u make a query with them ?

Go to their main site, click the Support tab and follow the usual process. Dealing with Logitech international support is a breeze! :)

+1

I had to deal with their international support line the other day and they were incredibly helpful. I think their toll-free number is 0800-981-089, wrote it down somewhere but lost the paper :)

Just make sure you got your P/N, M/N and PID numbers on you (can be found underneath all Logitech devices, generally close to power output)

I bought it from a shop in Menlyn I think the name was PC Gaming World but they closed down like 2 years ago or something.

I went back to the Logitech site and managed to get to a different screen where I was able to create an account and submit a query. Dunno why this page didn't come up last night....

OK so I got a reply from them,
Thank you for your e-mail

I understand you are having some issues with your z2300 . Unfortunately we do not have any replacement parts available or do we have a reapir service. I will not be able to assist you further with this issue.

Please do not hesitate to contact us again should you have any further questions or comments regarding our products or procedures.

Kind regards,

So I emailed them back saying, "I don't understand why I can't get a replacement part. Its not as though its a fixed part or anything... yadda yadda yadda..."

After sending it I did another quick search. Only to discover that they don't sell the "remote replacements"! I think this is pretty poor. You would imagine that a company like Logitech would have way better support. I swear if this is the case, it's the last Logitech product I will ever buy.

Damn, so the set is out of warranty...

You might get lucky if you find some electronics dude that could maybe fix it.
