Need mobile App the alerts when power is restored

Hi Guys , i need a app to alerts me when power is restored so i can see if we have a brownout before i turn on my pc since i cant use Restore On AC Powerfailure as it will destroy me pc , it happens alot here

no when power is restored through charger it should alarm me. so i can wake up and boot my pc if volatages is correct,

If you have an unused Android phone you can load up Tasker and let it it notify you via Telegram or suchlike.

It can't read the voltage, it will just notify you when AC power resumes.

My pc turns on by itself after a power failure.

Can change that in the bios I know the Asus bios has that option , had to disable it due to loadshedding
