Need more bread recipes

So a while ago I watched this video and got inspired to bake my own bread.

Behold! One of my attempts at this recipe:

It's very tasty but now I'm keen to try my hand at other broods. Anyone know of any good bread recipes that they'd care to share? Especially if you have an 'oumas special plaas bread' recipe that's been handed down to you :P.
 
- 1 Large Can of Cream-Style Mielies
- 3/4 Can of Evaporated Milk (Ideal Milk) - Can be replaced with Beer (I think 300ml)
- 500g Self Raising Flour
- Pinch of Salt

Mix all together, bake for +- 1Hour @ 180 Celcius

This is by no means a revolutionary bread, but it is quick, fairly tasty and even a partially sober person can make.

That's how I got the one I posted. There are lots on google but I was hoping that some one who had already tried another recipe themselves and found it good could let me know. Or as I said earlier maybe someone has a tried and trusted family recipe that they would be willing to share.

Wow, never had anything like that before. Will have to try it at least once.
