Need new wireless mouse for HTPC.

My Logitech wireless mouse has given up after 5 years - it was big and bulky and not really suited to be used from the coach.

Any ideas on what I should look at getting - in the latest iWeek their apparently is a Logitech Wireless mouse designed for the coach and HTPC use retailing for under R500 come April.

I reviewed the Logitech M305 wireless mouse and was impressed with it. I now own one. That model in iWeek is suited for what you're looking for (couch?) and I'd recommend it. It's good quality.

Most remotes work out of the box with XBMC and MediaPortal. It's really easy to setup extra functions as well, and it's just so much easier and more user-friendly than using a mouse.

I bought one of those cheap R100 Isonic remotes, works perfect with my MediaPortal. You can even use it to shutdown / reboot the pc, and to login to windows.
