Need Router and PSU

Today if someone can help me.

Need a wireless ADSL modem/router with 4 port switch as well as a 24 pin 350 watt PSU with 4 or more SATA power connectors.

IC want to charge me 1399-00 for the router combowhich I think is daylight robbery.
