Define entry level, 20C, 30D, 60D

What price are you looking at. They are really not that expensive brand new
 
Well needs to support ADSL for internet then also needs 4 LAN ports this will be the 4 different VLANS for the different subnets. Then also needs to support Client to Site VPN and then Block website content like Porn, Social networking etc.
 
You do realize that in order for the UTM & Web filters to work you will still need an up to date maintenance subscription?

As mentioned the entry level units are not *that* expensive brand new. I've been looking at the recent models and Fortinet are pushing up the hardware specs quite nicely in the 30D - 90D range.
 
The subscription for the UTM license is like 5k + per annum for you to have the web filtering and the likes

With what options included?

This below has the UTM option and only 8x5 support for 1 year, got the quote a few weeks back, excluding VAT

Yearly renewal about R4000 - R6000
